Assistant General Manager

Our Client is an award winning business and due to their continued and ever expanding growth and roll out programme they are actively looking to recruit Assistant General Manager.

The inspiration for the food and design of their restaurants comes from the modern interpretations of the many famous bistros that populate Paris. In recent years there has been a resurgence of interest in simple bistro cooking in Paris as locals turn away from expensive and over complicated cooking in formal restaurants to return to the basics of French cuisine.

As an Assistant General Manager, you will

·Maintain the highest standards of service at all time

·Oversee the efficient operation of the restaurant and management team

·Control Stock purchasing and GP margins

·Deliver results and grow sales

·Motivate, recruit, train and develop teams

·Implement and maintain health & safety/food hygiene regulations

We are looking for Assistant General Manager who must have

·A proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service

·The personality to lead, coach, develop and motivate the restaurant team

·Previous Management experience in a similar role

·Excellent communication and organizational skills

·Be eligible to work full time in the UK

·Be a strong leader and be self motivated
