BRAND MARKETING MANAGER – DIGITAL – 45K+ (Neg) + Benefits
Leads the overall online marketing activity for the brand with responsibility for planning, executing and measuring the overall Annual Online Marketing Plan. Works closely with senior brand and eCommerce team to ensure that marketing activity supports the overall revenue growth targets of the brand. Collaborates with Corporate Marketing to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines and to optimise brand expenditure.
Key Performance Areas to include but not limited to:
Responsible for Online Marketing Planning and Measurement
Define and manage full year online marketing plan ensuring its delivery against targets, on time, on budget and to appropriate standards of quality
Support Group Marketing Manager with annual Online Marketing budget preparation and presentation
Ensure brand proposition, as defined by host brand, is integrated into all online marketing activity
Develop and implement online marketing strategies with focus on high growth in revenue and ROI in marketing costs
Set targets / measures for all marketing activity
Responsible for preparation and presentation of post campaign analysis as well as monthly and quarterly business updates
Develop online plans for new market entry and launch and brief Corporate Communications and CMD on plans
Research, identify and implement new online traffic and customer acquisition opportunities
Responsible for working closely with Brand team to ensure a multi-channel approach to ATL/BTL marketing materials
Responsible for market research, insight and database
Maintain up to date consumer, market and competitive insight to precisely target marketing initiatives.
Review brand and competitor marketing activity, identify market challenges/opportunities and make recommendations to act.
Provide appropriate insight and performance reporting to line manager.
Develop programmes for driving acquisition of customer names, supporting in the development of single customer
Minimum 3 years Online Media/Marketing experience in a retail environment
Planning, implementing and optimizing online marketing campaigns to achieve ambitious financial targets
Managing multiple campaigns at one time
Hands on experience in search, affiliates, email and online display is essential
Knowledge of using social media, online PR and mobile marketing advantageous
