Set in beautiful surroundings, this 3AA hotel is looking to recruit an ambitious Chef De Partie to join the brigade. You will be an integral part of the team leading a section, and creating exquisite cuisine.
The style of food is Classic British Cuisine with a modern outlook. Using locally sorced fresh ingriedients, you will be creating dishes with a depth of flavour and exceptional flare. A key focus of your role will be to share your passion for food and cooking and help to train and develop your team.
Plan and oversee day to day running of your section
Supervise and lead a team of Commis and Demi Chefs
Maintain a high level of hygiene standards
Take orders from Sous Chef and delagate tasks to Commis andDemi Chefs
Conduct daily line inspections to ensure quality is maintained
Ideally Levels 2&3 NVQ
Expierience in Michelin Star or Rosette Properties
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety
Good written and verbal English
Hotel or Restaurant background
