Chef de Partie?s : up to £18K : 4 Star, Rosetted property - Hertfordshire
Priding itself on the quality of its cuisine this stunning property is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie?s to join the team.
The hotel is a high quality venue, boasting 4 stars and rosettes. The head chef is well known for sourcing only the finest of ingredients and creating an imaginative and individual style of cuisine. In this way the menus replicate all the qualities of classical cuisine, whilst complementing the dishes with a modern style.
This is an excellent opportunity for a competent and hard working Demi Chef de Partie to take the next step on their career ladder.
The successful candidate will be required to work within all sections of the kitchen, it is therefore essential that you are an accomplished individual with excellent all round experience. This is a very busy multi outlet operation.
Reporting to the Head Chef
28 days holidays annually plus public holidays

Qualifications/ Experience required:
Previous Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie experience of 2-3 years in quality establishments preferably with rosette accreditations
Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene.
Applicants must be well presented and have a stable CV with good references.
Must have fine dining & banqueting experience.
Must be career orientated, hardworking, enthusiastic and keen to learn.
Rosette experience desirable.
All applicants must be currently residing in the UK.
