Our client is a magnificent rosette accredited property looking to recruit a passionate Chef de Partie to join their thriving team. This stunning Country House Hotel is set in acres of wonderful landscaped gardens and woodlands. This is a splendid opportunity to work in a high class, quality working environment.Using only the freshest ingriedients localy sourced,the cuisine is of an exceptional standard.

The Role:-

You will be responsible for the running of a section of this award winning kitchen. The role will require you to maintain Health and Hygiene standards of the kitchen. You will be expected to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen as well as the production of exceptional cuisine. Along with maintaining the excellent standard in the Restaurant, some Banqueting will also be required for partys of up to 100.Your responsibilities will include training junior chefs and managing your own section within the kitchen. You will be reporting to the kitchens Head Chef. You must be competent with either a Rosette background or a very passionate attitude and work ethic.

Qualification/Experience:-

The ideal candidate will have a quality background in food driven operations as well as previous rosette experience. You will also require NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate is essential.
