A talented, dedicated and ambitious CDP Pastry required for this fabulous property in Suffolk.
Working within an experienced and dedicated brigade, you will be looking for a stable role with career longevity. You will be passionate about your cuisine and using quality produce.
As Pastry CDP you will be expected to maintain the already high standards of this property and it is therefore essential that you come from a background of working in Rosette properties. As well as being confident in the pastry section.
Your duties will include:
To work the pastry section on a day to day basis, under a strong Pastry Chef.
Assist in menu planning
Working with fresh produce
Ensure the correct standards are in place and if not, to redirect and control.
28 days holidays annually plus public holidays
Previous Pastry Chef experience
Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene.
