Our clients are currently seeking a Jnr Sous Chef to assist in leading and motivating a brigade within their highly accredited property in Bedfordshire. The stunning 5 Star country house hotel are looking for a passionate chef to work with a combination of fine dining and high quality banqueting.

The Role

This exceptional property prides itself on its faultless reputation and incredibly high standards.As Jnr Sous Chef you will be required to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring the efficient, and effective running of the Brasserie kitchen . You will also be required to ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is of a 2 Rosette standard, and complies with food safety regulations and to supervise, train and motivate the team to achieve company standards, and also to comply with Food and Health & Safety regulations. All applicants should have previous experience of working in a quality rosette accredited establishment. You will be standards driven with an emphasis on producing cuisine of a high standard. All candidates should have excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop your team.

Qualification/Experience: The ideal candidate will have previous experience within 5 star 2 rosette accredited properties. A motivated individual with a stable background within quality establishments is required who possesses the ability to train and develop a kitchen team. As Jnr Sous Chef you will have excellent man-management skills and the ability to maintain the highest standards of food preparation.
