This historical manor hotel with 80+ rooms offers guests a luxurious stay with modern facilities within a great location. The rosette restaurant offers a British menu using fresh local seasonal produce. The restaurant is stylish and contemporary surroundings with views over the hotel?s beautiful landscaped gardens.
The responsibilities of this Chef de Partie position will include:
* Maintaining the standards of this great establishment
* Working effectively as part of the kitchen team
* Supporting Senior Chefs
* Taking part in training and development
* Straight Shifts!
The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience within a rosette environment and possess the determination, passion and enthusiasm to succeed as a Chef de Partie. You will also have NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate is essential.
