* Plan and oversee day to day running of your section

* Take orders from Sous Chef and delagate tasks to Commis and Demi Chefs
* Conduct daily line inspections to ensure quality is maintained

Qualifications/Experience required for this Chef de Partie vacancy:
Previous experience in an establishment that was accredited with Rosettes or Michelin listed would be advantageous. Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants must be well presented. It is also necessary that all applicants have a stable CV with excellent references
