Qualifications and Experience:
Applicants must come from a 2/3 AA rosette and/or Michelin background. You should be a highly motivated individual that sets themselves high standards. With a first-rate CV, you should be able to prove that you have commitment, passion and be able to provide excellent references.
All candidates must possess NVQ level 1 and 2, with at least 2 years good experience in the industry. Basic food hygiene certificate is essential
