Qualifications/Experience required for this Banqueting Head Chef opportunity:
* Previous experience with at least 1-2 years atHead Chefor Sous level
* NVQ Level 2 and 3 or equivalent
* Previous rosette and hotel experience
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
* Previous Banqueting experience
As Banqueting Head Chef you must have a stable CV with traceable references.
Working effectively as part of a team is key.
