This beautiful boutique hotel boasts a bustling resaurant serving high quality dishes using only the finest seasonal, local produce. They are searching for a passionaite and hard working Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen brigade. The Head Chef sources only the finest of ingredients and is well known for imaginitive combinations and big flavours. The property also caters for fine dining.

Duties of the Junior Sous Chef position will include:

* Maintaining the high standards of this establishment
* Motivating all Chefs in the kitchen

The working pattern for this JuniorSous Chef position will be split shifts as the business requires.

Candidates for this position must have a wealth of experience in rosette standard establishments, with a proven successful track record at Junior Sous Chef level. You must be level headed and able to work under pressure during a busy service. Abilities to help train up Junior Chefs and communicate well are highly desirable.

Qualifications/Experience required:
Previous experience in an establishment that was accredited with Rosettes or was Michelin listed, this would be advantageous. Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants must be well presented. It is also necessary that all applicants have a stable CV with excellent references
