This small vibrant hotel is looking to recruit a Chef de Partie in order to complete its kitchen team. This hotel has a busy gastro style restaurant and pub/wine bar offering a seasonal menu using local produce.You will be expected to produce meals to meet the high standards for which the hotel is famed.
This role will involve helping to run a section of the kitchen and assisting the more senior chefs when required. This is a great opportunity to join a well established company with the chance of progression.
It is essential that all applicants to this position are flexible and willing to work hard within a team environment. Applicants to this position should have some experience of working within a number of different sections of the kitchen as the Head Chef requires an all rounder.
Reporting directly to the Head Chef.

You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent. Experience in a similar fresh food property. It is also necessary that applicants posses a food hygiene certificate.
