This luxury property set in the heart of Devon with award winning cuisine is currently looking to recruit a talented and ambitious individual to strengthen there team as Chef de Partie. Our clients are looking for a young and dynamic Chef de Partie to join this new Head Chef in making his mark.This privately owned luxury country house hotel has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment. The property has a variety of leisure facilities both outdoor and indoor, a fine dining restaurant and several private dining rooms.
You will be reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef. As Chef de Partie you will be working in a brigade of 15 and will be required to support the Senior Chefs in the running of the kitchen, as well as training junior chefs and managing your own section within the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded individual to take their next step on the ladder within this recognised establishment for their quality of food.

All candidates should have previous experience of working in a Rosette accredited property. All candidates should have strong leadership skills, with a creative and hard working nature. You will also require NVQ Level 1 & 2 qualifications or equivalent and a current food hygiene certificate.
