As a Chef de Partie, you will be expected to run your own section smoothly and work in any section in the Kitchen. You should be able to maintain the highest standards of hygiene possible and follow instructions to detail. You will support Senior Chefs and work in a team effectively.

Any candidate for this position should have a NVQ 1&2 or equivalent. Having a stable CV and experience working in similar, award winning properties (1/2AA Rosettes) is a must. You must be capable of working under pressure effectively, have excellent comunication skills and you should demonstrate initiative, passion with flair and willigness to learn.
