Excellent Ganache making skills
Be able to show a competent level of chocolate show piece work
Ability to work in a team environment, able to receive feedback
Strong knowledge of chocolate and chocolate production from tempering, moulding, dipping and truffle work
Ideally previous experience within a hotel environment, or high end establishment
Self motivated and passionate
Dedicated and reliable
