Working in a stunning, luxury hotel and world class venue. The setting is magnificent. Your position in this vibrant environment will be to assist the Head Pastry Chef in running the chocolate room to ensure a high consistent level of production.

Main Duties:
Excellent Ganache making skills
Be able to show a competent level of chocolate show piece work
Ability to work in a team environment, able to receive feedback
Strong knowledge of chocolate and chocolate production from tempering, moulding, dipping and truffle work

Ideally previous experience within a hotel environment, or high end establishment

Self motivated and passionate
Dedicated and reliable
