This excellent property is looking for a Pastry Chef to expand the small talented existing team, producing dishes for the 2 Rosette Restaurant.
This is a demanding role working in a 2 Rosette restaurant and is a popular venue. Our client is offering the right Pastry Chef, the chance to work as part of a highly trained and committed team within a luxury hotel.
You will be a dedicated, passionate and ambitious individual, who is willing to learn on the job and gain valuable experience from the current, highly accredited team.The ideal candidate will haveRosette or Stageexperience in a similar role.
28 days holidays annually
Committed and dedicated to their profession and be keen to learn and develop their career.
Posses NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and hygiene certificate essential.
Previous pastry experience is essential,
Fine dining experience
Up for the challenge of producing fantastic food, for fine dining.
