A talented, hard working and ambitious Commis Chef is required for this Suffolk property. You will be working within an experienced and dedicated brigade, you will be passionate about your cuisine and using quality, fresh produce.Their restaurant serves and celebrates the very best of the countys produce, with their own unique style.
As Commis Chef you will be expected to maintain the already high standards of this property, it is therefore essential that you come from a similar property. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar quality establishment.

* Qualifications/Experience required:
Must have NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants must be well presented and have a stable CV with good references. They require someone who has good culinary knowledge along with sound financial awareness and excellent leadership skills.
