This stunning 5 Star country house hotel are looking for a passionate Jnr Sous Chef to work within their busy high quality banqueting kitchen.
This exceptional property prides itself on its faultless reputation and incredibly high standards. As Jnr Sous Chef will be required to support the team in ensuring the efficient, and effective running of the kitchen is upheld. You will also be required to ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is of a standard required and complies with food safety regulations.
All applicants should have previous experience of working in a quality rosette accredited, 4 star establishment together with working in a fast moving high quality banqueting department. You will be standards driven with an emphasis on producing cuisine of a high standard. You must have experience within Pastry and Banqueting.
