My client belongs to a unique successful London based restaurant group that is the process of expanding and developing their unique portfolio of fresh food restaurants concepts. My client operates a friendly and professional attitude to their businesses, allowing for continued success and return custom.
The role requires a strong service orientated Deputy Manager who has past experience of managing with a full table service environment. The right Deputy Manager will have real passion and love for the restaurant industry and will have stable career progression to a Deputy / AGM level on their CV.
Good communication skills are essential for this role as the majority of the time you will interact with the guest and leading the team from the front. You will be a natural trainer and coach – experience of this in past roles would be desirable.
You will be a 2nd to the General Manager – so you need to manage all aspects of the business. You will have a strong understanding of how to manage profit and loss – monitoring cost of sales, labour and gross profit. A sales driven manager – who is used to marketing locally, would be an added bonus. My client is looking for real entrepreneurial minds!
