Job Title Deputy Manager
Salary £21,000 - £24,000 with Great Bonus Potential (Depending on experience)
Applicants must have branded experience as a General Manager for at least 2 years

The role of Deputy Manager would require a knowledge and understanding of the importance of providing a fresh product whilst maintaining excellent standards in service in relaxed surroundings.
The ability to manage a profit and loss account successfully is essential and past experiences in managing budgets is a must.
Leading a team and motivating them to provide great service is an essential part of this role : the restaurant company is all about the people!
Managing ongoing coaching and training for those who want to grow and progress with this expanding group, they will want and need people to grow and develop with them : using your knowledge and skills for their continued success.
The Deputy Manager
The ideal Deputy Manager will build strong relations with their customers and build a ?return? custom client base with ease. You must be motivated to drive sales and have the confidence and commercial knowledge to do this.
The Deputy Manager will be able to lead their team and provide a motivating and guiding management style to the operation. You will have an inspirational character that can mould and develop people to get the most out of the team.
Financial understanding is paramount as full profit and loss accountability will be held with the General Manager. You would have managed and been accountable for managing a P and L.
