This restaurant provides a first-class dining experience thats contemporary and cosmopolitan; inspired modern-European cooking making the most of fresh, seasonal ingredients.
As Head Pastry Chef you will be required to maintain the high standards that this property is well known for whilst working effectively as a team. You will ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest of quality. You will help enable the team to achieve the highest levels of standards and service.
* All candidates must be focused and hardworking individuals with a passion for excellent cuisine and high standards.
* Experience in AA Rosette/ Michelin establishments is essential for this position
* Having an NVQ level 2&3 is also essential for this position
