Salary: From £18,000 to £20,000 per annum 6 Shifts Per Week
Are you a Pastry Chef wanting to good quality fresh food but not have to work so many hours? If so we have an amazing opportunity for someone with 2 years worth of Pastry experience within a fine dining restaurant. Working in a small team of 4 chefs you will be producing items for the restaurant and bar areas for up to 80 covers per service. The Modern European menu has been created by a senior chef team who have worked in some of London’s finest restaurants and is based of using the best ingredients and modern techniques. Working over 5 days you will not be asked to work more than 48 hours per week with the Head Chef looking after his team and respecting a work/life balance.
Every chef who starts with the company are trained and developed to gain promotion and move up with the kitchen team within a 12 month period. You must be able to work within a team and be able to help the Pastry Commis Chef in terms of techniques and speed of service.
As a prospective employee you must be able to demonstrate that you are either an UK / EU resident, or hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa.
