One of London’s premier 5* London hotels is in search of a Restaurant Manager to manage a Restaurant widely regarded as the “Best Afternoon Tea” venue in London. Due to the level of service and clientele of the restaurant this is a fantastic position for someone who is impeccably presented and has strong experience with luxury venues. The restaurant caters for up to 100 covers for Lunch and Dinner with up to 200 covers for Afternoon Tea meaning this will be the main focus of the position. Controlling a floor team of 30 staff you will have strong communication skills, have a fantastic eye for detail and being a hands on operator. You must be prepared to be the face of the restaurant and be able to use your strong knowledge of rare teas to offer the very best in customer experience.
The correct candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of P&L, dealing and sourcing specific suppliers and people management.
