Our client is based on the scenic West Coast of Scotland and offers contemporary holiday accommodation, world class dining, health and beauty facilities as well as unique meeting and event facilities. Currently they have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant and Bar Manager.
As Restaurant and Bar Manager you will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of food and beverage service are consistently delivered through effective team management, whilst working within budgeted cost guidelines. You will also have responsibility for maximizing all food and beverage revenue through effective selling of all products and will ensure that all guests have a friendly dining experience, and one for which they will wish to return time and again.
To be successful in the role of Restaurant and Bar Manager you must have 4/5 star experience of managing a Food and Beverage operation, you will be a standards driven individually who takes great pride in providing a first class environment for your guests as well as your team. It is essential that you are an effective manager of your team, a natural communicator who competently makes decisions when required and provides solutions to challenges as and when they arise. In addition you should be IT literate who has experience of forecasting and a sound understand of Revenue Management within Food and Beverage. It is preferable that you are a Personal License Holder.
As Restaurant and Bar Manager you will receive a salary of £22,000, along with excellent training and career progression opportunities.
