Sales Manager - £28-32k : Central London- Luxury Hotel

A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Sales Manager to work for a Luxury Hotel in Central London!!


The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities
Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery
Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives
To maximize hotel revenue and guest satisfaction by negotiating business and coordinating the execution of business, with other departments in accordance with the sales business plan
You must be active, proactive and ready to achieve results!

Someone with a fantastic personality who can develop and maintain relationships with clients

Achieve budgeted goals by executing sales activities
Assists in the development of annual budget for the hotel
Assists in the completion of monthly booking reports
Ensures own function operates within cost restraints and correct administration is followed
Maintains effective correspondence, in both Sales & Catering and admin files, including activities
Meets budgeted sales and profit margins for assigned business segment, by soliciting, selling, and confirming business as required
Achieve the weekly appointments target as per company standards
Develops data and recommends programs to meet clients? needs
Prepares proposals with the Director of Sales that are geared to maximize profit while satisfying guest needs
Solicits files on a timely basis to confirm business
Uses outside sales calls to solicit existing and new guests : Manages assigned PCO?s & SME?s within our territory
Develops relationships with existing clients from our weekly sales reports
Prospecting in the local area for potential clients
Conducts on-site client inspections and entertainment weekly
Contacts in-house guests and completes M&E follow up to foster additional business, repeat bookings, or referrals to other Radisson BLU hotels
Coordinates activities related to booked business with other departments
