We are currently recruiting for a CorporateSales Manager to join a fantastic well known hotel brand with over 30 hotels in the UK

This is a genuinely exciting place to stay and work. Created to deliver consistent services to business travellers around the world.

The purpose of the job is to support and assist the two Hotel General Manager’s to ensure annual budgeted Revenue are exceed in defined segments.

The successful candidate will directly manage a portfolio of local corporate accounts,

assist in the animation of Key Corporate Accounts, drive Meeting & Conference business into both hotels, promote all brands and a range of Business products and will assist in securing and managing the niche segments of Entertainment & Sport.

Essential requirements:

·Experienced individual currently established as a Sales Manager within the Hotel / Travel industry who has a corporate sales focus. .

·Over 2 years sales experience involving face to face selling & negotiation skills

·Proven track record of direct account management

·Developer ofstrong one to one business relationships

·Self motivated individual, with strong time management skills

·Creative approach in securing business from all elements of Corporate Company’s / Business Travel & Hotel Booking Agents – across accommodation, Meetings & Conference/ Banqueting / F&B segment and through the Accor Business products..

·Target orientated & prepared to exceed expectations

·Analytical approach to account management and revenue generation to ensure targets achieved

·Able to match requirements across a broad range of world-wide brands/ properties

·Highly presentable confident speaker & presenter

·Excellent English written & verbal communications skills required

·Must be flexible over working hours and must reside within the territory

·Computer & IT literate

·Thorough and accurate
