This award winning Hertfordshire Hotel set within stunning countryside is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join and help lead the kitchen team.
The hotels Restaurant is relaxed and overlooks beautifulgardens.They serve luxury buffets, with vast feasts of delectable British, Mediterranean and Asian dishes. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner,this restaurant give guests a chance to see many of our chefs preparing the food using rotisseries, woks and wood-fired ovens.
As Sous Chef you should have previous experience of leading a team of chefs.
Requirements for this Sous Chef role are:
NVQ 1 & 2 or equivalent
Strong leadership, motivational and teamwork skills
Planning and Time Management
A flexible attitude
Experience in all relative disciplines
Excellent communication skills including written and spoken English language
Additional/Advantageous Attributes include:
Departmental training experience
NVQ Level 3
