The Role as a Sous Chef:
? Playing an integral role as Sous Chef in a team of 10 passionate and driven chefs
? Consistently producing food to the highest standards to company spec using fine, fresh ingredients
? Fun environment with good working culture
? Constantly improving yourself and those who work around you
? Lots of progression available
? An individual who is passionate about working with fresh foods and has excellent attention to detail
? Must have held a similar position in a high volume, good quality establishment
? Great team player and good all rounder, capable of working on own initiative
? You will ideally come from a branded, quality background looking for career development through hard work
