My client is a select luxury hotel within a small group seeking the talented hands of a Sous to join the successful kitchens at the hotel. The property is based in Cumbria.
* Have vast experience within a rosette or michelin kitchen? (Minimum 2AA)
* Have an understanding, knowledge and experience of managing a quality, rosette kitchen alongside and in chefs' absence?
* Have a passion and flair for working with the finest and freshest ingredients in the market?
* Want to develop a brigade alongside a Head Chef in a strong rosette kitchen?
