Our Client are seeking a Strong Head Chef to join their dedicated team.
This traditional Fisherman?s pub is full of history and charm.It consists of two snug and cosy bars,and with its wood burning stove and characterful range of nautical objects it is popular with locals and visitors. Serving only the freshest food, this property takes great pride in sourcing and serving the best catch each day. As well as seafood the property also serves delicious home made dishes from the stoves and ovens.
AsHead Chefyou will:
Working to maintain the already high standards set within the property
Working effectively to run the kitchen bridade asa team
Monitoring and re ordering of stock
Working to a high standard at all times
Running daily operations

Qualifications and Experience Required:
NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivelent
Experience working in fresh food establishment as Head Chef
Excellentknowledge of cooking techniques and styles
Excellentunderstanding of food, hygiene and safety
Stable CV with traceable refrences
