Our Client a luxurious 4 AA Rosettes and 1 Michelin star hotel, are looking for an extremely dedicated and experienced Sous Chef, to Join their team in their meetings and Events kitchen.
Supporting the Head chef in all aspects of kitchen management, you?ll be joining our enthusiastic team of award winning chefs. Youll be working with the finest seasonal and local produce. Motivation and inspiration are essential to communicate the way forward and continue in the meeting & events team success.
This role would suit a confident, creative and experienced Sous Chef with a background working in quality establishments. You will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, nurturing your fellow chefs, while furthering your own career.
As Sous Chef you will receive,
