This client is looking for an ambitious Sous Chef to join their prestigious and well established kitchen brigade. Working alongside the Head Chef, you are required to have strong kitchen skills, impeccable organisation and have the ability to people manage within a high pressure environment.
If successful, as Sous Chef you will have the opportunity to take on considerable responsibility including menu planning, stock taking, training and team development alongside the productions of consistently high quality food.
The successful Sous Chef should have a strong background within a similar property with experience in both banqueting and restaurant catering. You must possess the skills to remain consistent within a highly pressurised environment.
